It’s been three months — 101 days, to be exact — since the Kodi Foundation released the second Alpha build of Kodi 22 “Piers,” the long-awaited next generation of its widely used home theater software. For anyone waiting for a new release, today is the day — Kodi 22 Alpha 3 is out! This latest build continues the march toward the final version, introducing further under-the-hood improvements.

Naturally, as the team always warns with a prerelease build, “expect some breakage, don’t use this as your daily installation unless you know how to get things working again.”
