The Child Care Assistance solution enables South Dakota families to apply for and manage benefits through a unified citizen portal while providing child care providers with online tools to submit information and interact with the program electronically. The implementation was delivered through a phased approach, culminating in the successful public launch of the full Child Care Assistance functionality.
