EZQuest has launched a new range of USB-C multimedia hubs for modern laptops and tablets that often ship with limited connectivity. The Pro Series range includes 5-in-1, 8-in-1, and 12-in-1 models, giving buyers additional options for displays, charging, and peripheral connections.
Slim laptops and tablets often come with a limited number of built-in ports, pushing users toward external adapters. EZQuest’s new Pro Series hubs focus on expanding connectivity while keeping the hardware small enough for travel and limited space desk setups.

Each hub in the series uses a compact casing and connects via a detachable 19.6-inch USB-C or USB4 cable which includes a nylon braided sheath and reinforced strain relief to handle frequent plugging and unplugging.

There are three models available to buy and they target different use cases depending on how many ports someone is likely to need. The 5-in-1 hub, which is priced at $35.99, is the entry model and offers a mixture of new and older connections: one USB-A 3.0 port, two USB-A 2.0 ports, a USB-C Power Delivery 3.0 port for charging, and an HDMI output capable of driving a 4K display at 60Hz.
The 12-in-1 version, priced at $89.99, is a step up and adds several additional ports for users who need more flexibility. It offers two USB-C ports, three USB-A ports, Ethernet with an LED activity indicator, an SDHC card reader and Micro SDHC 3.0 card reader, a 3.5mm audio jack with microphone support, a USB-C Power Delivery 3.0 port, and two HDMI outputs supporting 4K displays at 60Hz.
The most advanced model in the range is the 8-in-1 hub, priced at $149.99. This one includes three USB4 ports, four USB-C Gen 2 ports, and a USB-C Power Delivery port.
Display support varies depending on the device connected. The 8-in-1 model supports a single external display up to 8K at 30Hz through any of its USB4 ports. Systems running Windows, Linux, Android, and Chrome OS can run dual 4K displays at 60Hz through USB-C connections.
Mac systems with M1, M2, or M3 Pro and Max processors, along with M4, M5 and later chips, also support dual displays with the hub. The device uses Intel’s Hoover Ridge JHL8140 USB4 and Thunderbolt 4 chipset.
The new hubs are available to buy now from www.ezq.com and the EZQuest Amazon store. They all come with a two-year warranty.
