EnableComp Names Matt Capell Chief Operating Officer to Deliver Faster, Measurable Results for Hospitals

Seasoned operator brings deep product and operational expertise and a client-first focus to hospitals and health systems

, /PRNewswire/ — EnableComp, recognized for resolving the toughest challenges in complex revenue cycle management, today announced the appointment of Matt Capell as chief operating officer (COO).

“Hospitals trust us with their most complicated claims, and they expect the same results from us at every stage of our growth,” said Frank Forte, EnableComp CEO. “Matt combines RCM product and operational expertise with real urgency and a passion for the client experience. He is driven to create value for healthcare organizations, and he knows how to turn operational strength into results for the clients we serve.”

As COO, Capell will lead EnableComp’s operations, including implementation, building on the company’s consistent recoveries in highly specialized and complex claims. He will transform how EnableComp scales its operations, globally and domestically, to support double-digit growth across the Complex Claims, Denials, and Recovery suites. By leveraging the company’s AI-driven platform and data, he will enable claims to be worked faster, with enhanced reporting and deeper client insights, while ensuring every hospital and health system experiences measurable results from day one.

Capell brings more than 25 years of experience building and scaling healthcare and tech-enabled services companies. Most recently, he served as a regional president at Main Street Health, a value-based primary care company, where he led growth and operations across a multi-state region. Before that, he was chief product officer at LTCG, a leading administrator in the long-term care insurance industry, where he launched and led a new claims and insurtech business. He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in economics and psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

“Hospitals are under real financial pressure, and the complexities EnableComp handles for providers are often the ones with the most at stake,” said Capell. “What drew me here is a team that pairs deep specialization with technology that raises the bar for what hospitals can achieve. My focus is making sure every client sees that from the first day of implementation onward.”
