, /PRNewswire/ — Math education provider celebrates student achievements with iconic billboard display highlighting competition success.
Think Academy, a global K–12 math education provider, is expanding its presence in the United States. Since entering the market, Think Academy students have earned more than 1,700 AMC 8 medals and 700 AMC 10 medals. Long‑term learners also place in the top 2% nationally, scoring over 40 points above the U.S. average on MAP assessments.
In 2025 alone, more than 740 students in Think Academy’s online program were recognized in the nationwide Math Kangaroo competition. This summer, the company celebrated these achievers by featuring their photos on Times Square billboards—spotlighting both student accomplishment and the rigor of Think Academy’s teaching approach.
“Our students’ success shows what’s possible when rigorous instruction is paired with personalized support,” said Nini, Principal of Think Academy U.S. Online. “At the core of our model is a focus on problem‑solving, critical thinking, and academic confidence—skills that drive results in competitions and classrooms alike.”
Think Academy now serves thousands of U.S. families through two formats: a fast‑growing online program and in‑person instruction at learning centers in Cupertino, Los Altos, and Irvine, California. During the 2024–25 academic year, online program students posted the following results in leading national math contests:
- Math Kangaroo: Over 70% placed in the top 20 nationwide.
- AMC 10: Nearly one in three qualified for AIME—four times the national average.
- Berkeley Mini Math Tournament: 85% earned individual awards; one team placed fourth overall.
Building on this momentum, Think Academy is expanding its U.S. presence by opening new learning centers, forming partnerships with major math competitions, and continuously refining both the rigor and engagement of its curriculum. The online program is also undergoing active optimization to further enhance the learning experience for students nationwide.
“We’re not just growing—we’re evolving how math education is delivered,” said Kai Liu, Head of North American Operations. “By investing in technology and teaching innovation, we ensure students receive high‑quality instruction whether they learn online or in our physical centers.”
