With two decades of practitioner expertise, including her most recent role as Chief Customer Officer at Best Egg, Trish brings incredibly valuable knowledge and effective methodologies to Pontem’s executive leadership team.

As a recognized thought leader in the customer experience and experience management space, Trish has been featured as a keynote speaker and panelist at many industry events and is a frequent podcast guest speaking on topics at the intersection of CX. EX and change management. In 2023, Trish led her former company to a #2 ranking on the JD Power Consumer Lending study and in 2024, she was awarded the Women in Technology award for Customer, Strategy & Growth in Software and Services. Trish has also proudly served as an Advisory Board Member for the Mid-Atlantic CX Forum since 2024.

Building Pontem’s Experience Management Practice

In her new role, Trish will lead the development of Pontem’s Experience Management Practice, creating actionable frameworks that enhance outcomes for both employees and customers through strategic technology integration. Additionally, Trish will be responsible for ensuring that Pontem’s clients have the best possible experience in how they engage with the company throughout their partnership. Her leadership will guide Pontem’s comprehensive service approach, from advisory and strategic sourcing to optimization and implementation.
